Caramel Corn

Preparation Time: popping + boiling time

Difficulty: Easy

Recipe Ingredients:

24 cups popped corn
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup syrup
1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Cooking Instructions:

Boil brown sugar, butter, and syrup for 5 minutes. Add cream of tartar; stir and pour over popped corn. Mix well. Place into cake pans or cookie sheets and put in the oven at 250F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Additional Comments:

Store in brown paper bag.
