Chinese Popcorn

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Difficulty: Easy

Recipe Ingredients:

1 batch air-popped popcorn
1/2 cup melted butter
2 teaspoons popcorn salt
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
2 teaspoons garlic powder

Cooking Instructions:

Pop popcorn as directed and melt the butter. Drizzle approximately 1/3 of the butter on the popcorn. Evenly sprinkle 1/3 each of the ginger and garlic powder on top of the popcorn. Shake or stir to blend and repeat two more times.

Additional Comments:

Great with hot and sour soup!
