Confucius Popcorn

Difficulty: Easy

Recipe Ingredients:

8 cups of popped corn
1 Tablespoon butter
1 cup chow mein noodles
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
1 Tablespoon soy sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Place the popcorn and chow mein noodles into a large bowl. Melt the butter in a small pan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Dribble the mixture over the popcorn mixture and toss throughly.

Additional Comments:

Makes a good snack!

Store in an air-tight container.
