Crazy Popcorn Salad

Recipe Ingredients:

6 cups popped popcorn
1/2 cup bacon bits
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup diced red onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions:

After popcorn has cooled combine ingredients into a large bowl. Mix thouroughly and serve.

Additional Comments:

Depending on which color of bell pepper used, you may want to substitute green onion for the red onion. Quantities can vary according to preferences. Surprisingly good.
