About 20 minutes before serving, combine popped corn, walnuts, and sunflower seeds in a 4-qt. bowl. Set aside.
In a small pan, combine honey, butter, and cinnamon. Cook on high for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Pour hot honey mixture over popcorn mixture, stirring to combine evenly. Return to heat and cook on high 5 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Stir in raisins. Cool before serving, stirring occasionally to break into pieces. Makes 8 cups at 350 calories per cup.
