Recipe Ingredients:

2 cups powdered Mimolet cheese
1/2 cup popcorn
Canola oil, for spraying
Touch of cayenne pepper

Cooking Instructions:

Pop popcorn as directed. Place in brown grocery bag. Spray with canola oil. Top with cheese and cayenne pepper.

Additional Comments:

Serves 2-4 with 70 calories per cup. Enjoy! Goes great with a glass of merlot and a friend.
