Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Pop the 2 quarts popcorn in airpopper. Mix a couple of teaspoons of oil in a dish with 5 slices of American cheese (make sure to break cheese into pieces). Melt oil and cheese until just melted enough to stir. Pour mixture over popped corn and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serve while fresh!
I use this because I have acid reflux and can't use butter. The Orville Redenbacher's topping doesn't bother my stomach like butter does.
