Popcorn Cake

Difficulty: Easy

Recipe Ingredients:

12 cups popped corn (with or without salt and butter)
3/4 cup gummi bears
1 cup butter or margarine
1 (10 1/2 ozs.) bag of marshmallows

Cooking Instructions:

Place popped corn in a large mixing bowl. Melt margarine/butter in a 2-quart saucepan with marshmallows. Add gummi bears to the popcorn. Pour the melted marshmallow mix over the popcorn and gummi bears. Mix well and put into a buttered 9/13 cake pan. Press firmly and let cool!

Additional Comments:

Serves: 12 squares

This makes a wonderful cake for children with allergies to milk products. You can replace some of the popcorn for colored cereal (Fruit Loops, etc.) to add some additional color to the cake.
