Viva Zapata Popcorn

Recipe Ingredients:

8 cups popped corn
3 Tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Cooking Instructions:

In a heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in remaining ingredients, except popcorn. Boil one minute. Drizzle over popcorn. Toss to coat evenly. Serve at once. Makes 8 cups.
