Shipping
Flat Rate Shipping:
Orders that select Flat Rate Shipping will ship either FedEx Home/Delivery Ground or FedEx Economy (SmartPost), depending on the destination and weight. Your tracking email will contain a tracking number that can be entered at http://www.fedex.com.
To see other options, you can click "checkout" and then enter your zip code once in the shopping cart. A list of shipping methods and their costs will be displayed.
Depending on the products ordered and their weight, you may see the following error message if selecting Economy (SmartPost) as the shipping method: "A problem occurred while adding to the cart: Items within your shopping cart have restrictions, please choose another shipping method or contact customer service for assistance."
To correct, please return to the checkout page and change the shipping method to another selection, such as FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Unless the customer selects a different shipping method at checkout, domestic orders will ship via FedEx. Orders are typically processed the following business day and shipped within 24 - 48 hours of being placed. Certain situations may cause a delay in your shipping; peak holiday season (November & December) and personalization are two examples.
Economy shipments are sent via FedEx Economy (SmartPost). Once you receive the email with the tracking number, please visit http://www.fedex.com to enter the tracking and view updates.
We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Rest assured that every order is individually inspected and packaged with care.

How the Shipping Cost is Calculated:
All shipping charges are automatically calculated and added to your order. Shipping charges are calculated by the carrier, taking into consideration the ship to destination and the weight/size of the package. All shipping charges are based on actual FedEx or USPS charges with no additional handling charges, except for International/Non-US shipments.
FedEx Special Delivery Options are available depending on your location, but FedEx does not recognize the pick-up date as an actual ship date, so any expedited shipping services (such as Next Day) will ship the following business day. Weekends (Saturday, Sunday) do not count towards the delivery time. For example, a 2nd Day package shipped on Thursday would be delivered on Monday.
Economy Shipping is only available for small shipments that weight under 9-lbs. Orders that weigh over 9-lbs can be shipped FedEx Home Delivery/Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
If your order weighs more than 9-lbs and you try to select Economy shipping, you may see the following error message: "A problem occurred while adding to the cart: Items within your shopping cart have restrictions, please choose another shipping method or contact customer service for assistance."
To correct, please return to the checkout page and change the shipping method to another selection, such as FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping costs will not be displayed correctly until correct shipping address information is entered.
Shipping to a Military Address:
All shipments being mailed to a military address will be sent via the United States Postal Service.
Shipping to an International Address:
Whirley Pop Shop is powered by Zonos and local currency will be reflected while shopping the site. International shipping charges, as well as applicable duties, taxes and fees are calculcated at checkout. Available shipping options are FedEx International Connect Priority and FedEx International Priority.
Taxes:
Sales tax is only charged and collected on purchases from customers who order from within the state of Indiana.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, if a valid email address was provided during checkout, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your order. This will allow you to track the progress of your package.
