Emeril's Popcorn

Recipe Ingredients:
PopcornButtered flavor oil
2 teaspoons Emeril Southwest seasoning mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Cooking Instructions:
After popping corn, place in plastic container and immediately add spices listed. Shake to coat.

After adding spices or any additional ingredients, always let corn sit uncovered for a few minutes. This keeps popcorn crunchy, not chewy.
